What is KexCoin?
KexCoins are cryptocurrency tokens issued to participants via the crowd fund. Those funds are then used to buy in the student investment property market which bring reliable returns.
Kexcoin intention is to dramatically speed up the process of raising money to purchase student investment properties. Participants from all around the world will be able to participate in this process receiving a guaranteed buy back and burn policy on the finite supply of coinage created. As these properties generate rental profits we will begin buying back KexCoins from participants and then destroying them, thus raising the value of all remaining KexCoins.

KexCoin (KEX) Reviews & Critics
On today's episode of The Cryptoverse:** What's better than a way to profit from an opportunity? How about 3 ways to profit from an opportunity! And in that case ....
- You should relaunch this ico. ICO are booming now and cryptocurrency has more exposure now.
- Hi Chris,A couple more questions about your project. Are you aiming for a certain area to buy the houses? How volatile are the rental prices in England? What happens if the house market crashes again and the rental prices will drop alot? Are you planning to expand the team now the company,s real estate is about to grow substantial? Will the turnover and profit be published somewhere? Will the results be audited?Alot of questions but the better the answers the i invest :)
- I decided to take a chance and put in my pre-order for your ICO. I wish you guys the best of luck on your project/business. Also, I would like to learn more about your company. Keep up the hard work guys.
- Property management is a legit business. Owning real estate is a proven investment vehicle. People have held deeds for centuries that have held up in the courts. Problem is that ...a) Will BitShares (a fledgling platform) even be around 2-3 years from now, let alone 30? We have no idea how the whole space will develop. Will Ethereum even be around or will something 4-5 years down the line make Eth obsolete?b) Buying a coin may actually prove to be more risky than going with a tried and true legal route of investing in a company because its less transparent and the legal system that you will have to turn to in the event of problems may not have any precedence to refer to. c) Shifting crypto around will be alot easier than fiat in the event of malicious intentI'm all for crypto but in this case, a token is merely a different structure that happens to be "hot" right now...they are simply raising capital and using the method they feel will garner them the best results
