  • I'm not so sure about the German optics nowadays. The rather expensive Zeiss 10X loupe uses plastic lenses and for much less the Belomo and the Bausch+Lomb (around $35) give excellent quality results. Just do your homework 'cause you may reach a point of diminishing results. Make sure they at least give you optical quality lenses instead of window glass stuff.
